Welcome to Grip. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Grip application and any related services provided by us. By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our app allows you to post content, including reviews, profiles, and messages. You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you create or post. Zero Tolerance Policy: We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post User Content that: - Is defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or an invasion of a right of privacy of another person. - Is discriminatory, racist, sexist, or promotes violence or harm. - Contains nudity, sexually explicit content, or pornography.

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove User Content at our sole discretion. We also provide mechanisms to: - Report Content: Users can flag inappropriate content or behavior directly in the app. - Block Users: Users can block abusive individuals to prevent further communication. If you are found to be in violation of these Terms, particularly our Zero Tolerance Policy on abusive behavior, your account will be immediately suspended or terminated without notice.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Grip acts as a marketplace connecting videographers with grips. We are not a party to the actual contract between users. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
